Concept2 sells direct from our factory in Morrisville, Vermont. Purchase from us online or by calling 800.245.5676 (Monday–Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET).
You can also purchase Concept2 ergs and parts from select resellers. Please contact Concept2 if you need further information or to verify whether a company is an authorized reseller.

Outside the U.S. and Canada
Concept2 has a network of resellers around the world. Whenever possible, it is best to purchase from a reseller in your region.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
All ergs ship UPS Ground to the US and Canada without a signature required. UPS will generally place your package at your primary drop off location. Parts and accessories ship via UPS Ground (US) or US postal service (US and Canada).
Orders ship from our Vermont warehouse in 1–2 business days. Once an order ships, time in transit is as follows:
- Northeast US—1 to 3 business days
- Southeast/Midwest US—3 to 5 business days
- Western US—5 to 6 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada—6 to 8 business days

Expedited Shipping and Other Options
All orders (including indoor rowers, SkiErg, and BikeErg orders) ship without a signature required. If you are not home at the time of delivery, UPS generally leaves the package at your main entrance. If you’d like signature required delivery service, please place your order by phone and request it. An additional fee may apply.
All orders ship via ground service. For expedited delivery, please place your order by phone. Our toll-free number is 800.245.5676, and we are open Monday–Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET.

² Canadian Taxes and Brokerage: Shipping costs listed for Canada do not include Canadian taxes and brokerage charges. All shipments to Canada are subject to these additional fees.
The fees (taxes and brokerage combined) for product shipped into Canada are as follows. Please note these are estimates and are based on the current exchange rate:
- Model D Indoor Rower: around CAD $200
- Model E Indoor Rower: around CAD $265
- SkiErg: around CAD $140
- SkiErg Floor Stand: around CAD $75
- Indoor Rower and BikeErg Floor Mats: around CAD $38
- BikeErg: around CAD $230
These fees are payable to the UPS Canada Customs Brokerage Department, not to Concept2. If you have a UPS Canada shipper account these fees will be included in your weekly UPS bill. If you do not have a UPS Canada shipper account, you can either contact UPS Canada to provide payment in advance of delivery or UPS will collect these fees at the time of delivery. The fees for clothing and accessories vary based upon the total value of the order and are also payable to the freight carrier.

4 The shipping charge reflected here applies to LogCard or seat pad-only orders of up to a maximum of eight LogCards or two seat pads. LogCard or seat pad-only orders consisting of nine or more LogCards or three or more seat pads will be charged the regular Clothing and Accessories shipping rate for the location to which the order will be shipped. LogCards or seat pads purchased with other items ship at no extra cost.
