The motion of skiing is unique, offering significant upper body and core exercise while engaging the lower body. It is also complementary to rowing: the rowing stroke starts in a compressed position and opens at the hips to an extended position, skiing works in opposite, but matching, ways.
For those with lower limb injuries or limitations, the SkiErg delivers. Continue cardiovascular training from a seated position, whether from a stool, chair or wheelchair. Isolate core and upper body muscles while seated so you don’t miss out on your workouts.
The SkiErg can be wall-mounted in a small footprint or you can add the Floor Stand (sold separately) with caster wheels for maximum moveability.
