On the Slide, the RowErg moves back and forth underneath you in a way that is similar to rowing on the water for a smooth and rhythmic feel. One pair is required to “float” your RowErg, no tools required. Add more Slides for a team row!

Row high stroke rates on the Slide! With less mass moving throughout the stroke, it can be easier to bump up your strokes per minute when rowing on the Slide.
Welded steel frame and carriage supports the RowErg. Nylon rollers, plastic track, and tough ball bearings require minimal maintenance.
The Slides arrive pre-assembled and ready to use right out of the box. There are no tools or modifications needed. Simply place your RowErg on top of a pair of Slides to get started. The low profile makes them easy to store when not in use.
